CEAT Q2 FY27 standalone revenue rose 22.9% YoY to Rs 4,548 cr; H1 revenue up 20.6% at Rs 8,711 cr. Consolidated H1 revenue grew 24.4% to Rs 9,080 cr. Standalone PAT fell to Rs 164 cr in Q2 and Rs 262 cr in H1 from Rs 202 cr and Rs 337 cr YoY, hit by higher material costs and VRS exceptional items of Rs 13 cr. Operating margin shrank to 10.14% from 13.69%. Board appointed Sumeet Narang as Independent Director for 5 years.
Strong top-line growth but profitability hit by costs and VRS charges. Watch margin recovery and volume traction.
