On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Tyres & Rubber Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CEAT's consolidated quarter ended September 30, 2025 revenue rose 14.2% to Rs 3,772.65 crore and net profit rose 52.9% to Rs 185.71 crore. Operating margin improved to 13.53% from 11.13%, and operating cash flow reached Rs 873.77 crore. A Rs 3.29 crore voluntary retirement cost was exceptional. The USD 225 million Camso off-highway acquisition closed September 1. Two additional directors were appointed, subject to shareholder approval.
Profit, margin and cash flow growth support sentiment, but higher borrowings and Camso integration add execution and debt risk.
