Board approved Q1 FY27 results (ended June 30, 2026). Revenue from operations fell about 20% YoY to Rs 471.73 lakh versus Rs 587.14 lakh. However, profit after tax rose nearly 49% YoY to Rs 46.17 lakh versus Rs 31 lakh. PBT improved to Rs 61.95 lakh from Rs 42 lakh. EPS stood at Rs 0.32 versus Rs 0.21. Packaged Food remains the main segment. Auditor G.K. Tulsyan and Co issued an unqualified limited review report.
Top-line decline is a concern, but sharp profit growth shows strong margin improvement. Mixed picture: profitability up despite weaker revenue.
