Ceigall India posted Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 8,065.71 million vs Rs 7,721.89 million YoY. H1 consolidated PAT fell to Rs 1,074.99 million vs Rs 1,433.97 million, a 25 percent drop. Standalone Q2 PAT was Rs 558.63 million vs Rs 632.80 million. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 1,731.34 million on a consolidated H1 basis. Board approved a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore and a step-down unit in Dubai.
PAT decline of 25 percent and negative operating cash flow may weigh on sentiment. Overseas expansion signals long-term growth intent.
