Ceigall India reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 786.97 crore vs Rs 809.70 crore YoY, down nearly 3 percent. Standalone PAT fell to Rs 55.86 crore from Rs 63.28 crore. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 806.57 crore from Rs 772.19 crore, but PAT dropped to Rs 56.16 crore from Rs 65.53 crore. H1 FY26 standalone and consolidated operating cash flows were sharply negative at around Rs -83.82 crore and around Rs -173.13 crore respectively, versus positive flows last year. Board also approved setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore and a step-down subsidiary in Dubai for overseas expansion.
Weaker profits and negative operating cash flow may pressure near-term sentiment, while new Singapore and Dubai subsidiaries open future growth avenues abroad.
