Cello World reported Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue fell to Rs 257.15 cr from Rs 281.93 cr YoY, with PAT at Rs 16.86 cr versus Rs 23.46 cr (down about 28%). Consolidated revenue was nearly flat at Rs 526.72 cr versus Rs 529.01 cr, but PAT slipped to Rs 73.40 cr from Rs 80.65 cr (down about 9%). Wim Plast amalgamation took effect on May 27, 2026 with comparatives restated. QIP funds of Rs 738 cr fully utilised with no deviation.
Margin pressure visible; merger with Wim Plast adds scale but near-term profitability is weaker.
