Cello World reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with standalone revenue from operations up ~8.5% year-on-year to ₹28,193 lakhs, but standalone profit after tax slipped ~4.3% to ₹1,604 lakhs (EPS ₹0.73 vs ₹0.79). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew ~5.7% to ₹52,901 lakhs while profit after tax fell ~9.5% to ₹8,065 lakhs (EPS ₹3.31 vs ₹3.89). Other income surged sharply on both standalone and consolidated books. The board also approved the re-appointment of Chairman & MD Pradeep Rathod, Joint MDs Pankaj Rathod and Gaurav Rathod, and Non-Executive Director Gagandeep Singh Chhina for fresh five-year terms effective November 11, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
A mixed quarter — single-digit revenue growth combined with a decline in profit may temper near-term sentiment, though management continuity at the promoter level and orderly utilisation of the ₹738 crore QIP proceeds (no deviation reported) are stabilising factors for shareholders.
