On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 4.1 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Cemindia Projects reported unaudited Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹2,749 crore, up 25% year on year, operating profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of ₹280 crore, up 15%, and profit after tax of ₹131 crore, up 21%. H1 revenue rose 15% to ₹5,470 crore and profit after tax reached ₹271 crore. Its project pipeline hit a record ₹32,715 crore, with ₹12,005 crore of orders secured in H1. A ₹1,400 crore share issue was 2.3 times subscribed.
Strong profit growth, a record pipeline and better credit ratings aid earnings visibility; the share raise supports liquidity but may dilute holders.
