Consolidated Q2 FY27, year on year: revenue rose 25.2% to Rs 2,749 crore and profit after tax rose 21.3% to Rs 131 crore. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 15.1% to Rs 280 crore; margin eased from 11.1% to 10.2%. Record order book: Rs 32,715 crore. Consolidated H1 operating cash flow was negative Rs 77.65 crore. Prior-year presentation changes did not affect profit. October share issue raised Rs 1,400 crore.
Revenue growth and record orders help, but margin easing and negative operating cash flow worry holders; Rs 1,400 crore share issue may dilute them.
