ITD Cementation India Limited's board, meeting on May 13, 2025, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) auditor opinion from T R Chadha & Co LLP. Consolidated FY25 operating income rose 18% YoY to Rs 9,097 crore, while EBITDA grew 14% to Rs 923 crore and profit after tax jumped 36% to Rs 373 crore — the highest-ever annual PAT. Q4 FY25 was also strong with operating income of Rs 2,480 crore (+10% YoY), EBITDA of Rs 268 crore (+11%) and PAT of Rs 114 crore (+27%). The consolidated order book stood at a robust Rs 18,300 crore, with Rs 7,100 crore of new orders secured during the year. The company remains conservatively financed with a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.31x, and the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per share (200% on face value of Rs 1) subject to shareholder approval.
Strong topline and bottomline growth, record-high PAT, and a healthy order book signal solid business momentum and should be positively received by shareholders. The recommended dividend adds a direct cash return, while the low leverage and clean auditor opinion reinforce financial stability.
