The Board, at its meeting on May 3, 2025, recommended a final dividend of ₹12.50 per equity share (on a face value of ₹10) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The company has fixed Thursday, August 7, 2025 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend.
