Centrum Capital reported Q1 FY27 results. Standalone PAT was Rs 3.65 crore versus a loss of Rs 32.71 crore in Q1 FY26, with income up 25 percent QoQ on lower finance costs after the CHFL sale and QIP raise. Consolidated revenue grew 7.8 percent YoY to Rs 912 crore, but the group posted a consolidated loss of about Rs 148 crore; QoQ loss narrowed 16 percent on a like-for-like basis (excluding last quarter exceptional gain). Unity SFB advances rose 17 percent YoY to Rs 12,016 cr. No exceptional items this quarter. Auditor issued unmodified review.
Deleveraging post-CHFL sale helping standalone; consolidated loss persists but narrowing QoQ. Mixed near-term outlook for shareholders.
