A total of 63 lakh shares (about 1.51% of total share capital) were pledged in favor of Minsol Limited, Krchoicesy Financial Services Pvt Ltd, and Ashok Bhawnani, all to secure fresh loans. As a result, the promoter's encumbered shares rose from 17.02% to 18.53% of Centrum Capital's total share capital. The promoter still holds 32.33% of the company on an overall basis.
