Business Match Services (India) Private Limited, a promoter of Centrum Capital Ltd, has reported the creation of fresh pledges on its equity shares in three separate transactions between July 30 and August 1, 2025. A total of 63 lakh shares (about 1.51% of total share capital) were pledged in favor of Minsol Limited, Krchoicesy Financial Services Pvt Ltd, and Ashok Bhawnani, all to secure fresh loans.
