Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Centum Electronics Q1 FY27 standalone revenue grew 10.7% YoY to Rs. 2,041 million, but PAT fell to Rs. 135 million from Rs. 155 million. EBITDA margin compressed to about 12.8% from 14.2%. Exceptional items of Rs. 27.5 million were booked. Consolidated profit from discontinued operations of Rs. 943 million included a Rs. 812 million gain on deconsolidation of Centum T&S Group France, now in liquidation. Prior year figures restated due to amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiary. Board allotted 3,000 shares under RSU Plan 2021.
Mixed quarter with revenue growth but margin pressure; one-time gain from French subsidiary deconsolidation boosts consolidated numbers.
