The Board recommended a 10% increase in final dividend to Rs. 11 per equity share (110% on Rs. 10 face value), up from Rs. 10 per share in FY2024-25. Total dividend payout amounts to Rs. 2,185 Lacs. The meeting also approved appointment of M/s Singhi & Co. as new statutory auditors for five years, and redesignated Mr. Suresh Sodani as Managing Director & CEO.
The 10% dividend increase despite revenue decline signals management confidence in sustained profitability, which is positive for income-focused investors. The strong profit growth of 51% YoY demonstrates improved operational efficiency.
