Board approved Q3 and nine months FY26 standalone results. Revenue from operations at Rs 12,253 lacs versus Rs 10,354 lacs in Q3 FY25, up about 18 percent. Nine months revenue Rs 33,634 lacs versus Rs 31,146 lacs. Nine months PAT Rs 802 lacs versus Rs 727 lacs. Board also approved a Rights Issue of up to Rs 45 crores to existing shareholders and formed a Rights Issue Committee. Auditor drew attention to pending assessment of the new Labour Code impact.
Rights Issue could dilute shareholding but brings growth capital. Q3 shows healthy revenue and profit growth on a small base.
