Century Extrusions posted Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 12,253 lacs, up 18% from Rs 10,354 lacs a year ago. Net profit for the quarter rose to Rs 290 lacs from Rs 245 lacs. For nine months, revenue grew 8% to Rs 33,634 lacs and PAT grew 10% to Rs 802 lacs. The board also approved a rights issue of up to Rs 45 crores via equity shares to existing shareholders.
Revenue and profit growth are positive. Rights issue may dilute holdings but will strengthen the company's capital base.
