Cera Sanitaryware's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose about 5.4% YoY to ₹41,941.62 lakhs, while net profit after tax dipped marginally to ₹4,653.40 lakhs from ₹4,696.56 lakhs. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹42,218.73 lakhs with PAT at ₹4,705.09 lakhs. The board also approved a postal ballot notice for the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Bhamidipaty as Independent Director for a second three-year term from August 4, 2025. Statutory auditors Singhi & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both sets of results.
Modest top-line growth combined with slight bottom-line decline suggests margin pressure in Q1. For shareholders, the clean auditor opinion and continued dividend (₹65/share approved in AGM) are positives, but watch for cost trends and demand momentum in the coming quarters.
