On the reaction day the stock moved 4.6 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 5.1 pts more than its Power peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Board approved unaudited results and declared an interim dividend of Rs 6 per share for FY2025-26, with October 27, 2025 as the record date. Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 12% to Rs 5,267 crore and profit increased to Rs 445 crore from Rs 373 crore. First-half revenue rose to Rs 10,469 crore and profit to Rs 849 crore. Earnings per share was Rs 3.21 versus Rs 2.67.
The higher payout and profit growth may support the stock. Lower regulatory income and unresolved tariff appeals remain risks.
