CFF Fluid Control Ltd reported strong FY25 results with revenue from operations rising about 36% to Rs 14,556.05 lacs from Rs 10,685.91 lacs in FY24. Net profit grew around 40% to Rs 2,385.03 lacs from Rs 1,708.77 lacs, lifting EPS to Rs 12.25 from Rs 9.21. The board also approved the audited half-year (H2 FY25) results where revenue stood at Rs 6,552.64 lacs and net profit at Rs 980.42 lacs. Auditor V.N. Purohit & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. However, cash flow from operations remained negative at Rs (321.77) lacs, and trade receivables ballooned sharply from Rs 882.30 lacs to Rs 5,965.99 lacs, indicating stretched working capital.
Sharp profit and revenue growth is a clear positive for shareholders, but the surge in receivables and continued negative operating cash flow raise concerns about earnings quality and collection efficiency, which investors should monitor closely.
