Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 21% to Rs 2,922.79 cr and profit after tax rose 30% to Rs 284.44 cr; standalone PAT Rs 307.18 cr, up 38%. It approved a Rs 748.20 cr switchgear plant in Western India to double capacity in 33 months, funded by equity, debt or internal accruals. H1 standalone operating cash flow was negative Rs 233.74 cr. Two promoter firms with no shares will move to the public category.
Growth is strong and the plant supports long-term sales, but the Rs 748 cr capex may add debt or dilute equity, and cash flow is weak.
