Chambal Fertilizers reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue growing 24.9% to Rs. 20,794 crore from Rs. 16,646 crore in FY25. Profit after tax increased 17.7% to Rs. 1,950 crore from Rs. 1,657 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (60%). The company achieved robust growth driven by complex fertilisers segment which saw revenue nearly triple to Rs. 7,025 crore. However, EBITDA margin compressed from approximately 16.8% to 14.1% due to higher input costs. Trade receivables increased significantly to Rs. 2,075 crore from Rs. 368 crore, requiring monitoring. Audit reports were issued with unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials. The company also recorded Rs. 30.39 crore as past service cost under new labour codes effective November 2025.
Strong revenue growth of ~25% is positive, though the margin compression and large trade receivables increase are concerns that investors should monitor. The company maintains clean financials with no audit qualifications.
