Chambal Fertilisers reported strong revenue growth in Q2 FY26, with standalone revenue from operations rising about 47.5% year-on-year to Rs. 6,412.76 crore (vs Rs. 4,346.18 crore in Q2 FY25). For the six months ended September 2025, revenue grew 30.5% to Rs. 12,110.37 crore. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter rose to Rs. 601.77 crore (up about 20% YoY), while H1 PAT stood at Rs. 1,239.74 crore. On a consolidated basis, Q2 PAT was Rs. 648.75 crore and H1 PAT was Rs. 1,197.64 crore. Growth was led by the Complex Fertilisers segment, which saw a sharp jump in revenue. The Board also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50%) payable by December 3, 2025. Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line growth and a 50% interim dividend are positives for shareholders, signalling healthy cash generation despite margin pressure from the ramp-up of the new complex fertiliser business. The significant EBITDA margin compression and much lower operating cash flow in H1 are watchpoints that may temper near-term stock enthusiasm.
