Chambal Fertilisers reported standalone revenue of Rs. 20,794 crore for FY26, up 24.9% from Rs. 16,646 crore in FY25. Net profit grew 17.7% to Rs. 1,950 crore from Rs. 1,657 crore. The company recorded a one-time charge of Rs. 30.39 crore due to new labour codes implemented in November 2025. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (60% on Rs. 10 face value). Auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. The joint venture IMACID contributed Rs. 128.81 crore to consolidated profit. Cash flow from operations was positive at Rs. 138.67 crore for the year.
The strong 25% revenue growth and 18% PAT growth indicate healthy operational performance, especially in complex fertilisers segment. The clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders.
