The Board of Chandra Prabhu International approved unaudited financial results for Q3FY26 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 8,885.01 lakhs in Q3FY26 from Rs. 26,516.44 lakhs in Q3FY25, a decline of about 66%. For nine months, revenue dropped to Rs. 44,094.26 lakhs from Rs. 69,385.81 lakhs last year, while the company swung to a net loss of Rs. 308.35 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 247.80 lakhs in 9MFY25. The Metal Division saw the steepest fall with revenue crashing to Rs. 741.35 lakhs in Q3 from Rs. 11,188.57 lakhs a year ago. A profit of Rs. 286.42 lakhs came from an exceptional item, being a gain on sale of a land parcel in Muzaffarnagar, which was the main reason the 9M loss was not larger.
Sharp revenue and profit decline signals serious operational weakness, especially in the Metal Division. Shareholders should note that without the one-time land sale gain, the 9M results would have been significantly worse, indicating underlying business stress.
