Chartered Logistics reported unaudited (standalone) revenue from operations of Rs 1,738.99 lakhs for Q2 FY26, up about 7.6% from Rs 1,616.40 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while net profit rose around 21% to Rs 37.47 lakhs (vs Rs 30.92 lakhs). For the half-year (H1 FY26), revenue from operations fell roughly 4.7% to Rs 3,645.64 lakhs, but net profit jumped about 49% to Rs 239.92 lakhs (vs Rs 160.80 lakhs), aided by a sharp rise in other income. A noteworthy item is the steep jump in 'Other Expenses' in Q2 to Rs 199.57 lakhs (from Rs 31.41 lakhs a year ago), which appears to have capped quarterly profit growth. Operating cash flow turned sharply positive at Rs 334.19 lakhs in H1 FY26, against a negative Rs 587.50 lakhs in H1 FY25, and cash balances rose to Rs 561.20 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited-review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, with consolidation now including the newly acquired 99.99% subsidiary Chartered Comcare IFSC Limited.
Mixed near-term: strong half-year earnings and improved operating cash flow are positives for shareholders, but the quarter's wider 'Other Expenses' line and weak top-line trend may draw investor scrutiny and cap short-term upside.
