Chartered Logistics reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 1,738.99 lakhs, up about 7.6% year-on-year, while total income rose to Rs 1,881.23 lakhs helped by a sharp jump in other income to Rs 142.24 lakhs from Rs 47.15 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 37.47 lakhs versus Rs 30.92 lakhs, a 21% rise. For the half year, revenue from operations slipped nearly 5% to Rs 3,645.64 lakhs but total income edged up to Rs 3,991.41 lakhs; standalone net profit jumped around 49% to Rs 239.92 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs 0.20. Consolidated H1 net profit was Rs 236.82 lakhs. The auditor issued an unqualified limited review opinion, and the company also consolidated its newly acquired 99.99% subsidiary, Chartered Comcare IFSC Limited.
The big lift in half-year profitability is encouraging despite a modest dip in core logistics revenue, supported by stronger other income and contained operating expenses; however, the spike in other expenses in Q2 and rising trade payables are worth watching. Operating cash flow turned sharply positive year-on-year, which is a positive sign for shareholders.
