Chatha Foods received BSE listing approval for 16,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 face value, allotted at a premium of Rs. 117 each. These shares were issued to promoters on conversion of 16,000 warrants originally allotted on a preferential basis. Trading approval is still pending and will be granted once the company files NSDL or CDSL credit confirmation and NSE approval, if applicable.
