CHD Chemicals filed its Annual Report for FY26. Total revenue fell to Rs. 525.34 lacs from Rs. 688.45 lacs in FY25, while losses widened to Rs. 31.36 lacs versus Rs. 19.64 lacs earlier. The company proposes increasing authorised share capital from Rs. 11 crores to Rs. 36 crores and amending its Objects Clause to diversify into agriculture, agro chemicals, and food products. A new auditor, M/s Gams and Associates LLP, is proposed. The 12th AGM is scheduled for 30 September 2026 via video conferencing.
Revenue drop and deeper losses are negative. Planned capital raise and diversification may dilute existing shareholders but support future growth.
