Chembond Chemicals reported Q3 FY26 results. Standalone PAT rose to Rs 226 lakh from Rs 152 lakh, up about 48 percent year-on-year, with revenue roughly flat at Rs 1,876 lakh. Consolidated Q3 revenue rose about 15 percent to Rs 8,634 lakh while PAT was nearly flat at Rs 971 lakh. For nine months, consolidated revenue rose 5 percent to Rs 22,477 lakh and PAT grew 4 percent to Rs 2,317 lakh. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review. Prior period figures were restated following an NCLT-approved demerger and amalgamation scheme.
Strong standalone profit growth and improved 9M margins back earnings momentum, though consolidated profit growth stays modest for shareholders.
