Chemcon reported FY26 revenue of Rs 240 crore, up 15.7% YoY from Rs 207.4 crore, driven by improved demand and better realizations. However, sharp rise in raw material costs pressured profitability. EBITDA fell 8.2% to Rs 30.2 crore with margin at 12.6% versus 15.9% earlier. PAT declined 3.7% to Rs 23.6 crore and EPS was Rs 6.44 versus Rs 6.68. Integration of Shivam Petrochem slump sale acquisition is progressing, expected to contribute in coming years.
Topline growth is healthy, but margin compression and lower PAT may weigh on near-term sentiment despite improving demand outlook.
