Chemcrux Enterprises reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 22.99 crore for Q3 FY26, up about 18% YoY from Rs 19.42 crore in Q3 FY25. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter was approximately Rs 2.08 crore, rising around 56% YoY from Rs 1.33 crore. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue grew modestly to Rs 58.30 crore (vs Rs 54.29 crore), while nine-month PAT surged sharply to roughly Rs 3.7 crore from about Rs 0.8 crore in the prior year period. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue stood at Rs 22.11 crore with PAT of Rs 1.85 crore. The statutory auditor Naresh & Co issued a clean, unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. The company noted that Kalichem Private Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary from February 27, 2025 after acquiring the remaining 50% stake.
Strong double-digit YoY growth in quarterly profit signals a meaningful earnings turnaround, which is positive for shareholders. However, the nine-month revenue growth is more modest, and the low base effect amplifies the percentage jump in nine-month PAT. Investors should watch whether the Q3 momentum sustains into Q4.
