Chemfab Alkalis Q2 FY26 standalone revenue fell to Rs 70.41 crore from Rs 87.58 crore, down about 20% YoY. Net profit dropped to Rs 1.59 crore from Rs 5.39 crore, a 70% fall. H1 FY26 revenue was nearly flat at Rs 158 crore; H1 profit at Rs 7 crore. Chemicals segment stayed in loss; PVC-O Pipes segment remained profitable. Board approved sale of Salt Division 2 (assets held for sale Rs 21.65 crore). Consolidated H1 PAT was Rs 0.54 crore.
Weak Q2 with sharp profit fall and ongoing chemicals segment losses may weigh on sentiment; Salt Division sale is a positive step.
