On the reaction day the stock moved 4.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and first half. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 3.4% to Rs 7,561.47 lakh, but net profit swung to a loss of Rs 210.81 lakh from Rs 573.04 lakh. H1 revenue fell 11.5% to Rs 14,877.45 lakh, while net profit rose 575% to Rs 362.22 lakh, helped by Rs 380.27 lakh deferred-tax credit. Standalone H1 operating cash flow was negative Rs 1,490.99 lakh. Another auditor reviewed Q1, while MSKC reviewed Q2.
Quarterly loss and lower first-half sales may pressure sentiment. H1 profit growth relies on a tax credit; the mid-year auditor change needs watching.
