On the reaction day the stock moved 4.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 3.4%, but net profit was a Rs 210.81 lakh loss versus Rs 573.04 lakh profit a year earlier. First-half revenue fell 11.5% to Rs 14,877.45 lakh; net profit rose to Rs 362.22 lakh from Rs 53.69 lakh, helped by a one-time Rs 380.27 lakh deferred-tax credit. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 17.95 lakh. Review was unmodified, but another auditor reviewed the June quarter, indicating a mid-year change.
Quarterly loss, lower sales and weak cash flow may hurt sentiment. Tax credit supported half-year profit; auditor change adds uncertainty.
