Chemiesynth (Vapi) Ltd reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 1,888.71 lakhs, up about 15% from Rs. 1,643.35 lakhs in FY24. Q4 FY25 revenue jumped to Rs. 668.45 lakhs from Rs. 445.26 lakhs in Q4 FY24, a sharp rise of roughly 50%. Despite the revenue growth, the company remained marginally loss-making at the PAT level for the full year at Rs. -10.62 lakhs, though this narrowed significantly from a loss of Rs. -38.82 lakhs in FY24. Q4 FY25 turned profitable with PAT of Rs. 18.86 lakhs. Operating cash flow improved strongly to Rs. 264.76 lakhs from negative Rs. -2.57 lakhs last year. Statutory auditor Manoj Shah & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Shareholders get a mixed but improving picture: top-line growth is back, the Q4 swing to profit and sharply better operating cash flow are positives, but the company has still not delivered a full-year profit and remains leveraged with total borrowings of around Rs. 1,502 lakhs against equity of Rs. 1,098 lakhs. The clean audit opinion reduces governance concern but does not change the weak profitability story.
