Two promoters of Chemtech Industrial Valves — Harsh Pradeep Badkur and Puneet Pradeep Badkur — were allotted 5,00,000 equity shares (2.5 lakh each) on 27 March 2026 through conversion of warrants on a preferential basis, at Rs 200 per share (Rs 10 face value plus Rs 190 premium). Post-allotment, the promoter group's total holding stands at 75,00,309 shares, representing 40.68% of the company's voting capital. The total share capital of the company increased from 1.79 crore to 1.84 crore equity shares. Harsh's individual stake moved up from 12.47% to 13.49%, and Puneet's from 8.64% to 9.76% of voting capital.
Promoters' absolute shareholding grew by 5 lakh shares, but their overall percentage stayed almost flat because the company's total share count also expanded by the same amount. The promoter group remains below the 50% mark at 40.68%, meaning promoters do not hold a clear majority — which keeps the company more open to influence from non-promoter shareholders and any future takeover activity.
