Chiraharit Limited's Board approved its first set of results as a newly listed company (BSE SME listing on 8 October 2025). Revenue from operations dropped sharply to ₹1,623.75 lakhs (standalone) from ₹2,845.73 lakhs in H1 FY25, a fall of about 43%. The company swung from a profit before tax of ₹538.97 lakhs to a loss of ₹77.89 lakhs, and reported a standalone loss after tax of ₹99.20 lakhs versus a profit of ₹399.89 lakhs a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue fell to ₹1,954.07 lakhs and the company posted a loss after tax of ₹132.75 lakhs against a profit of ₹381.09 lakhs previously. Cash from operations turned negative during the half-year and cash balance fell to ₹10.70 lakhs (standalone). The limited review by auditor G.P. Associates was clean, with no qualifications or observations.
Negative for shareholders — significant revenue contraction combined with a swing to losses and negative operating cash flow shortly after the IPO is a red flag. Investors should watch whether the H2 FY26 performance reverses this trend before drawing long-term conclusions.
