The Board of CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended 31 December 2025 on 13 February 2026. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue from operations rose to Rs 7,811.48 lakhs (vs Rs 7,356.52 lakhs in Q3 FY25), but net profit fell sharply to Rs 16.82 lakhs (vs Rs 173.98 lakhs). Consolidated numbers showed a dramatic jump due to acquisitions: Q3 revenue rose to Rs 64,562.62 lakhs and net profit surged to Rs 8,951.52 lakhs. The company acquired two new subsidiaries during the year (Sec One Sales and Marketing Pvt Ltd in August 2025 and Vyankatesh Engineers and Contractors Pvt Ltd in November 2025), making current-year figures not directly comparable with the previous year. Statutory auditor P.G. Joshi & Co. LLP issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results, with a note drawing attention to the pending accounting impact of the new Labour Codes.
Standalone profits are weak and declining, but the consolidated picture looks far stronger on paper, driven heavily by newly acquired subsidiaries rather than organic growth, so shareholders should treat the headline profit jump cautiously. The clean auditor report with no qualifications is a positive, though the pending Labour Code impact remains a watch item.
