CIE Automotive India reported strong Q4 FY2026 results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 13,319.61 million, up 14.5% year-over-year from Rs. 11,634.45 million. Standalone profit after tax grew 7% to Rs. 2,337.25 million. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached Rs. 26,119.52 million (up 14.9% YoY) and profit after tax from continuing operations was Rs. 2,480.59 million, representing a 23.5% PAT growth from the same period last year. The Board also approved a proposal for merger of CIE Aluminium Casting India Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary) into the Company, subject to regulatory approvals. The auditors (BSR & Co. LLP) issued clean limited review reports with no qualifications. The company had previously recommended a final dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share for FY2025.
Positive for shareholders — strong double-digit revenue growth and robust PAT growth of 23.5% on consolidated basis indicate healthy operational performance. The proposed merger of the aluminium casting subsidiary could simplify the group structure and potentially create value.
