CIE Automotive India reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 14,059 million, up 12% YoY, with standalone PAT up 11% to Rs 1,533 million. Consolidated revenue grew 11% to Rs 26,332 million and consolidated PAT rose 14% to Rs 2,437 million. For 9M FY26, consolidated PAT grew 17% to Rs 7,252 million on revenue of Rs 78,657 million. The board also noted a pending NCLT scheme to merge wholly owned subsidiary CIE Aluminium Casting India into the parent. Results carry an unqualified limited review from B S R & Co. LLP.
Steady double-digit growth in both standalone and consolidated results; pending subsidiary merger may simplify group structure.
