On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts more than its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 CY26 sales rose 11% year on year to INR25.6 billion; operating profit before depreciation was INR4.2 billion. India sales grew 18%, but its operating margin fell to 16.3% from 17.3% on energy and material costs; Europe's rose to 16.3% from 14.1%. New orders were INR9.7 billion in India and INR3 billion in Europe. India growth capex will nearly double to about 8% of sales, with cost pass-throughs expected by year-end.
Strong profit growth, new orders and capacity expansion support the outlook, but India cost pressure and weak European demand remain key risks.
