Cigniti unsecured creditors approve Coforge merger scheme unanimously

Cigniti Technologies unsecured creditors unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation with Coforge Limited at an NCLT Chandigarh convened meeting on December 6, 2025. All 13 unsecured creditors representing about Rs 1.47 crore of debt voted in favour, with zero against. This is a key milestone in the merger process, which still needs shareholder approval, final NCLT sanction and other regulatory clearances.
