On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts less than its Film Production Distribution & Exhibition peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Cineline India reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 7,566 lakh for Q2 FY27, up 18% year on year, with profit after tax of Rs 726 lakh. H1 FY27 revenue rose 22% to Rs 13,597 lakh. The network has 86 operating screens, and 35 committed screens are planned, with 20-25 targeted to open in FY27.
Positive for the stock as revenue, profit and expansion visibility improved, though new screen openings remain subject to licences and approvals.
