The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026. Quarter revenue was Rs 509.77 lakh, about 34% above Rs 379.15 lakh a year earlier, while standalone profit before tax was Rs 85.30 lakh. The statutory auditor highlighted Rs 238.88 lakh of loan write-offs and Rs 199.09 lakh of impairment provisions in standalone results. These have no impact on consolidated profit.
Revenue growth is positive, but Rs 437.97 lakh of write-offs and provisions reduce standalone reserves; consolidated profit is unaffected.
