Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Cipla posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 7,074 crores (flat YoY) and net profit of Rs 674 crores, down sharply from Rs 1,575 crores a year ago. The fall was driven by a Rs 276 crore exceptional loss from new Labour Codes raising gratuity and leave liabilities. 9M FY26 revenue rose 4 percent to Rs 21,621 crores. Cipla paid Rs 1,107 crores to acquire perpetual rights to Novartis Galvus diabetes brands and completed the Rs 111 crore Inzpera Healthsciences acquisition.
Lower quarterly profit due to one-time charge, though core business steady. Major brand acquisition adds future diabetes revenue.
