CIRP against Sherisha Solar LLP withdrawn, disputes settled

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure announced that the NCLT Chennai Bench has allowed withdrawal of the insolvency petition (Section 7 of IBC) against Sherisha Solar LLP, its step-down subsidiary, and the Oppression & Mismanagement petition against SILRES Energy Solutions. The settlement follows a binding MOU dated August 7, 2026 and definitive agreements on August 14, 2026, with all allegations between the parties withdrawn.
