Citadel Realty and Developers reported Q3 FY26 standalone income from operations of ₹98.65 lakhs, up about 10.5% year-on-year from ₹89.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue rose to ₹297.05 lakhs from ₹266.93 lakhs, an 11.3% YoY increase. Standalone net profit for the quarter was ₹35.88 lakhs (vs ₹34.15 lakhs), while 9M net profit grew to ₹111.75 lakhs from ₹89.78 lakhs, a ~24.5% jump; on a consolidated basis, 9M net profit rose ~27.8% to ₹114.75 lakhs. EPS for 9M FY26 stood at ₹1.36 (standalone) and ₹1.38 (consolidated). The statutory auditor, ATMS & Co LLP, issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The company also allotted 6,95,000 equity shares following conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis.
Steady revenue and decent bottom-line growth signal stable operations, though finance costs remain heavy at ~40% of revenue. The warrant conversion modestly dilutes the equity base, but clean auditor opinion and positive earnings momentum are mildly positive for shareholders.
