Citi Port Financial Services Ltd (BSE scrip code 531235) submitted its unaudited standalone results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations (entirely interest income) nearly doubled to Rs 18.51 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs 9.17 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and rose to Rs 55.54 lakhs for 9M FY26 versus Rs 27.51 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs 7.69 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs 0.79 lakhs) and Rs 23.30 lakhs for 9M FY26 (from Rs 2.29 lakhs). Basic EPS for 9M stood at Rs 0.75 versus Rs 0.07 last year. Statutory auditors NSVR & Associates LLP issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter observations. Total expenses grew only marginally, driving a sharp improvement in profitability from a small base.
The sharp year-on-year jump in both revenue and profit is positive on paper, but absolute numbers remain very small (paid-up capital of Rs 310 lakhs), so the stock may stay thinly traded and volatile. The clean auditor review report removes any immediate red flag, but investors should note the growth is from a low base and the company operates as a single-segment NBFC.
