City Pulse Multiventures Ltd reported a strong nine-month performance for FY26, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 378.75 lakhs from Rs 261.19 lakhs in the same period last year, a jump of about 45%. Net profit for the nine months grew even faster, climbing to Rs 173.70 lakhs from Rs 106.98 lakhs, roughly 62% higher year-on-year. For the standalone Q3 quarter alone, revenue was Rs 147.60 lakhs (down from Rs 161.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25), but profit after tax rose to Rs 74.67 lakhs from Rs 57.88 lakhs, helped by sharply lower other expenses and stable depreciation. Basic EPS for the nine months stood at Rs 1.63 versus Rs 1.00 a year ago. The auditor, Rajendra J. Shah & Co., issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Sharp nine-month profit growth and improving margins are positive for shareholders, though the dip in Q3 standalone revenue versus last year is a small watch point. Overall, the results signal improving operational efficiency and may support near-term sentiment on the stock.
